Small BREW vs. Fair BEER Update

Two weeks ago, OBC provided an overview of the Small BREW Act and the Fair BEER Act - competing bills before the U.S. House and Senate seeking to change the rate of Federal excise tax on beer.

Both bills remain in committee and updates on their status will be provided as available. OBC will also periodically update the list of Ohio's Senators and Representatives who co-sponsor each bill. Here's the list as of March 26, 2015.
