OBC Fieldtrip #3.5 (Taft’s Ale House) – Justice Served
OBC field-tripped its way into the recently opened Taft’s Ale House – a cavernous establishment located in the old St. Paul's German Evangelical Protestant Church in Over the Rhine. Like its namesake, former president, chief justice and Cincinnati native William Howard Taft, Taft's Ale House is plus-sized and presidential in its presentation.
TAH currently has ten beers on its active roster. OBC sampled two: the "Saison De Paulus" and the "Gavel Banger IPA," both perfect for a warm spring afternoon in the Queen City. OBC is sure to return to this lively local spot, hopefully with ample time to sample some additional beers and tackle the tasty food menu.
Cheers to Taft's Ale House!
